The steps come with a sturdy handrail which is perfect for providing support when walking up to the upper bunk. What's more, each step is designed with its own storage box containing a soft close lid, allowing you to store toys, books or any other belongings hassle-free. Shelves are also included at the end of the step unit so you can keep everything neat and organized.
 
Underneath there's space for play, storage or alternatively an optional desktop; great if your child needs somewhere to do crafts or homework.

White Finish
LIFETIME Kidsroom's white lacquered children's beds are made from solid pine wood without knots, to avoid typical discolouration through the knots. The surface is treated with a white water-based furniture lacquer, which ensures an easy-to-clean and resistant surface combined with an environmentally conscious choice. In our white lacquered beds, we use MDF for front panels, fillings, doors and drawer fronts. Due to different materials, slight colour differences may occur.
 
Whitewash Finish
For our whitewashed children's beds, we use solid pine wood with knots for all parts of the bed. This enhances the natural look of the furniture and the wooden pattern that light shines through the lacquer. The surface of the wood is treated with water-based lacquer which contains fewer white pigments than the white lacquer, causing the natural look.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the particular bed. Once we have processed your order it is passed to our delivery partners, who will be in contact with you directly to advise a delivery date, which you can then re-arrange if unsuitable.

Smaller orders, like mattresses, will usually be dispatched by courier for swift delivery.

Home Assembly.

If you have selected Home Assembly along with your order, assembly will take place at the same time as delivery.

Delivery to 90% of UK postcodes will complete within 14 working days of your order. Once we process your order it is then passed to our delivery partners and goes into delivery planning. The delivery teams visit each postcode area on a rotating basis and will contact you directly to co-ordinate a delivery date that works for you. You can expect to hear from them generally within 5-10 working days from the date of your order.
 
Stompa
 
Stompa Mattress will typically dispatch within 1-2 days.
 
For all furniture or bed packages our delivery partner will contact you directly 7-10 days prior to your delivery. The current lead time for delivery is 2-3 weeks depending on postcode.
 
Mathy By Bols
 
Mathy By Bols are premium beds custom-made in Belgium. Lead times are 3-4 weeks for dispatch from Belgium, there will then typically be an additional week delivery time to clear the UK border.
 
LIFTETIME Kidsrooms
 
LIFETIME are premium furniture pieces made in Denmark. Lead times are 3-4 weeks for dispatch from Denmark, there will then typically be an additional week delivery time to clear the UK border.

 

Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.

How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods and will be delivered to your chosen address Monday-Friday. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. We will arrange the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
